NENA Ontario is pleased to offer two workshops in conjunction with the annual conference in September. The workshops will be structured differently from other events and are intended to discuss, address, and determine next steps for current challenges in PSAP management and with technical transition aspects of the move to NG9-1-1. Both workshops are offered as problem solving opportunities within the community where attendees can discuss challenges, share best practices and introduce innovative ideas to build capacity as leaders, improve decision making and create efficiencies within attendees’ respective communications environments.

** Workshop #1: Executive Workshop for Communications Leadership **

Date: Sunday, September 8th
⏰ Time: 8 AM – 5 PM

Join us for a dynamic session tailored for communications leaders! Dive into various attendee-driven topics, share insights, and collaboratively find solutions to current PSAP management challenges. Different topics (provided by attendees prior to the event) will be discussed (as time permits) as a group with the aim of finding solutions based on collective experience. The workshop will be moderated to keep discussions on topic and flowing, but otherwise discussion will be attendee driven.

This is your chance to engage in meaningful discussions and build leadership capacity!

Cost: $75 per workshop (includes facility and catering)

Don't miss out on these unique opportunities to connect, learn, and lead! Register now and be part of the conversation. Let's shape the future of PSAP management together!
